Lucibela is a Cape Verdean singer born in Tarrafal, São Nicolau, who performs morna, coladeira, and other traditional Cape Verdean music. She began her career performing in hotels in Sal and Boa Vista before becoming a prominent figure in Praia's music scene, and has since performed on international stages. Her albums include Laço Umbilical (2018), Amdjer (2022), and Moda Antiga (2024), the latter exploring traditional Cape Verdean compositions and heritage.
