The Pad Presents... 14+ (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult) We are very pleased to announce The Loveless ft Marc Almond will be making their debut at Leeds Brudenell Social Club on Monday 15th December as part of their annual ‘Loveless Christmas’ tour. Marc Almond and long-term guitarist/sideman Neal X have recruited Punk icon Iggy Pop’s stupendous rhythm section, Ben Ellis and Mat Hector, to form “The Loveless”. Drawing material from Marc’s immense back catalogue the band serve up songs that awoke their delinquent desire to play snaky tunes played in seamy dives, the band deliver a potent brew of ’70s rock, ’60s R&B and Garage Rock with nods to T. Rex, Iggy, David Bowie and Alice Cooper. It’s quite simply a thunderous return to the band members primeval rock roots. ‘’Songs for sailors ‘n’ sluts, wantons ‘n’ night hawks, sirens ‘n’ sinners, werewolves ‘n’ kittens, the misbegotten and the unforgiven’’ - The Loveless ‘’Britain's best garage rock band" - Louder Than War
