Led by Paul Adamah, the Swedish band has carved out its own sonic universe – a fearless collision of punk-funk pulse, raw alt-rock textures and off-kilter experimentalism. In 2025, Boko Yout released their acclaimed debut album GUSTO via the independent label Hoppdiggas Recoprdings – a bold concept work unfolding as therapy sessions with the fictional Dr. Gusto, diving into questions of ego, identity and artisti autonomy. Renowned for explosive live performances that blur the lines between concert, catharsis and performance art, Boko Yout have quickly become one of Europe’s most talked-about new acts – a project that feels less like a band and more like a universe in motion.
