Listen explores the full spectrum of sound through music, field recordings, and sounds that were never made for the algorithm. Each session asks: What happens when a room full of people stop and listen because of what they’re hearing? Dynoman is a NYC-based artist, producer, and DJ, by way of Karachi. He created Haal, a percussive, hypnotic, and evolving sound that serves as a gateway into the Hal state, an elevated state of mind. His sets are unique to the moment, unbound by genre, inspired by the flow and energy of the room, and intended to invite listeners into an altered sonic world. Co-running RFT, Tarka, and Karachi’s Forever South, he’s a key force in electronic music.
