*Short Waves Presents:* **ELI** launches his album Dork Mode Raw. Big vocals, full band. An intimate one for fans of Prince. Be early on ELI. "Dork Mode RAW is my follow up album. I always wanted to do an acoustic version of my first Album. I've put everything into it, with a couple of bonus tracks too. Every weird, honest, uncomfortable, beautiful thing I couldn't say when I was younger. This is going to be a special celebration. Full band, and I want it to be loud and I want it to be close. 200 people in a room. That's it." Support will come from Katy For Kings: Katy for Kings decent into the songwriting industry is one that consisted of persistence, drive, and a little bit of blind faith. Having picked up the guitar and 14 and signing her first publishing deal in her late teens, her intuition and natural understanding of her craft has led her to become a widely sought after sync writer as well as an artist in her own right. Katy’s most recent release “NO STAR QUALITY” highlights her struggles with conforming to social norms and how she refuses to give up, whether that be on trying to navigate heartbreak or her career.
