Ruts D.C. live at 229, London on Sat, Oct 23, 7:00 PM. Free entry. Lineup, start time and tickets on Ckord.
Ruts D.C. bring their distinctive fusion of punk, reggae, and dub to 229 on October 23rd. The British band, rooted in the late 1970s punk scene, have evolved their sound to weave together socially conscious lyrics with rhythmic post-punk energy and reggae influences. Expect a night of raw, genre-blending rock and punk that draws from both their punk roots and the reggae and dub elements that have defined their evolution. This is live music that refuses easy categorization—urgent, rhythmic, and politically aware.
