The Cure — artist
The Cure has 14 upcoming shows, next at Drill Shed on Sat, Oct 17. Dates, venues and tickets on Ckord.
The Cure is a British rock band formed in 1978, known for their distinctive blend of post-punk, gothic rock, and new wave. Their sound is characterized by Robert Smith's emotive vocals, melodic guitar work, and atmospheric synths. Influenced by artists like David Bowie and Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Cure has crafted a style that balances dark, introspective themes with catchy, pop-infused melodies. Over the decades, they have become a seminal influence in the development of alternative rock.
