Sarah Gross is a Long Island–born, New York–based indie-folk singer-songwriter whose music journeys between raw introspection and heartfelt storytelling . With a deft knack for blending folk, indie, and alternative rock—leavened with hints of jazz and soul—she creates soundscapes as ethereal as they are grounded  .Her sophomore album The Killjoy marks a powerful artistic growth: a reflective exploration of bidding farewell to her younger self and embracing transformation, recorded live across Woodstock and her childhood Long Island home  . Known for her storytelling lyricism and captivating harmonies, Sarah’s live performances—including notable moments opening for Zach Bryan at UBS Arena and supporting acts like Sammy Rae & The Friends—cement her reputation as a rising voice in indie country-folk  .In addition to her work as a performing artist, Sarah is a trained audio engineer and producer, studying Sound & Recording Technology at Syracuse University, and has lent her production and instrumentation talents to other projects  .
