Oldest Sea — artist
Oldest Sea has 1 upcoming show, next at PhilaMOCA on Thu, Nov 5. Dates, venues and tickets on Ckord.
Oldest Sea is a project formed in 2017 by songwriter Sam Marandola that explores the darker side of experimental folk music. The expanded full band merges Marandola's haunting solo passages with massive walls of grit and distortion, creating ethereal corridors and liminal soundscapes. Their debut EP, Strange and Eternal, features compositions that meander between ambient folk and Americana while building toward the vast ominous territory of doom and post-metal.
