Emily Mercer — artist
Emily Mercer has 1 upcoming show, next at St. Stephens Church on Fri, Oct 9. Dates, venues and tickets on Ckord.
Emily Mercer is a Manchester-based indie artist writing genre-defiant songs that blend indie-pop hooks, jazz-inspired harmony and classic piano songwriting. Her distinctive contralto vocals and piano-led compositions create a warm, sophisticated sound with a lo-fi, DIY edge, exploring themes of self-sabotage and shared human vulnerability with sharp, playful lyricism. She performs regularly across the UK circuit, including at Manchester Jazz Festival, Brudenell Social Club in Leeds, and The Cluny in Newcastle.
