It's no secret that Belgrade categorically lacked a new place that looks and sounds completely DIY, with people ready to keep alive a healthy musical story, and survive only thanks to pure solidarity and desire. Far from the eyes and ears of the massive, but objectively naked and ossified media machinery, this creative base will no doubt very quickly become the locus of the domestic electro-experimental-art underground.
