Crozet Pizza at Buddhist Biker Bar — music venue
Crozet Pizza opened its original location west of Charlottesville in 1977. While it was growing, Buddhist Biker Bar hosted generations of students from nearby UVA from the 90s through the mid 2010s. Crozet Pizza’s popularity never stopped rising. When ownership was looking to expand, the lease on Buddhist Biker Bar just happened to open up. Crozet Pizza’s owners took over the space, rechristened it Crozet Pizza at Buddhist Biker Bar, and hired Jordan Brunk as General Manager. Jordan is an alumnus of both UVA and the original Crozet Pizza. Jordan instituted Crozet’s singular dough-making process at the new location, and turned the patio into the go-to spot for live music on UVA's historic Corner district. He eventually took ownership of the new location and has built it into a space where students, tourists, and townspeople come to enjoy good vibes and pizza pies.
