For millions of New Yorkers it’s the backyard, the escape, and the stage all at once. When it comes to music, Central Park is legendary. SummerStage at Rumsey Playfield brings a stacked season of mostly free concerts spanning every genre imaginable, the Naumburg Bandshell hosts classical performances, and the Great Lawn has held history-making shows for hundreds of thousands.
