Panas Athanatos / Guitar Giuseppe Cucchiara / Bass Jason Tiemann / Drums Panas Athanatos began his musical journey at the prestigious Philippos Nakas Conservatory in Athens, studying with Yiotis Samaras. He has led numerous small bands in local gigs and festivals, collaborating with prominent musicians of the Greek Jazz scene (Spyros Panagiotopoulos, Pantelis Benetatos, Kostas Konstantinou etc). As a sideman he has toured and recorded with various singers and instrumentalists in Greece and the United Kingdom. In 2015 he moved to Groningen ( Netherlands) to study as an undergraduate student at the Prins Claus Conservatory. There he had the chance to study with Spike Wilner, Paul Bollenback, Jonathan Kreisberg, Mark Gross, Joris Teepe, Adam Nussbaum, among others. In 2016 he created the Snow White Quartet and performed in various clubs in the Netherlands. He moved to New York City in 2017 and quickly became a sought after musician in the scene. He’s performing regularly in jazz clubs such as Smalls, Bar Next Door, Silvana, etc and has a weekly residency at Shrine and a monthly residency at Mezzrow and Bar Next Door. Italy born-and-raised and NYC-based upright bassist and composer Giuseppe Cucchiara grew up immersed among countless jazz vinyls and dinamic musical inputs from the earliest age. His father, who happens to be a classical upright bass player, layed the path for him to approach various instruments during his childhood until 2010, when at the age of 16 Giuseppe eventually picked up the bass to never let it go. During his teenage years, he crossed paths with highly praised Italian jazz drummer Stefano Bagnoli, with whom he toured around as a sideman for “We Kids” Trio, and recorded four albums for some major Italian jazz record companies, namely Ultrasound Records, Abeat Records and Jazzit Records
