Mark Turner Quartet Brand new band led by one of the most admired saxophonists of his generation, known from Fly and renowned for his intimate expressivity on the tenor horn. Mark Turner did not sit still in the past year. The American saxophonist released a successful duo album on ECM Records with pianist Ethan Iverson (The Bad Plus) and he played alongside famed trumpeter Tom Harrell in the legendary club Village Vanguard in New York.
