NYC-based songwriter and musician Olive Oliver has a voice that has been described as 'a weapon'. She began singing in church choirs at 2, writing songs at 7, and fronting bands at 11. Lauded by the New York Times in 2022 for her work as a karaoke host, her performance style incorporates the interactive and immersive experience she seeks to cultivate for audiences all over NYC and the world. Her music is a raw and dynamic blend of funk jams, rock power vocals and intimate soul crooning. the energy from her stage presence creates a bubble for storytelling, catharsis and ass-shaking. While she has been releasing demos on Soundcloud for years, her first album is slated to be released on all streaming platforms in fall 2024.
