Slow Cooked returns to Bermondsey Social Club with special guests in celebration of his short film "Live at the 100 Club" and accompanying Mice in Jeans remix EP. Slow Cooked is the alias of experimental cellist Louie. Full of dynamic range, blending beautiful and dramatic stringscapes with a punky & raw muscular energy for a truly cathartic release. His first EP 'Plastic Values' was released in April 2024 and picked up in full by BBC 6 Music. Whilst his debut single was selected as a BBC Introducing ‘Track of the Year’ 2024 by Emily Pilbeam. Support from: Thredd - Elusive cold pop trio. The brain child of prolific musicians: Max Winter, Imogen Williams (Imogen and the Knife) and Will Lister.
