Anja Huwe live at Baba Yaga, Seattle on Mon, Aug 31, 8:00 PM. Tickets from $47.86. Lineup, start time and tickets on Ckord.
Anja Huwe, founding member and voice of the legendary post-punk band Xmal Deutschland, takes the stage at The Crocodile for an intimate two-hour set. Known for her haunting vocals and the band's darkly atmospheric sound that defined the 1980s European underground, Huwe brings decades of artistic intensity to this rare performance. Whether you're a longtime devotee of Xmal Deutschland's brooding, hypnotic aesthetic or discovering her work for the first time, this is a chance to experience one of post-punk's most distinctive and uncompromising artists live. The Crocodile's intimate setting amplifies the raw emotional power of her music.
