Quintin Harris Trio

Born in the Bronx and raised in Yonkers, Quintin Harris has been immersed in music since before he could crawl. With a concert pianist mother and opera singer father, he made his professional stage debut at the age of 5 as the Lord High Drummer Boy in Gilbert & Sullivan's The Gondoliers. In his youth, Quintin received his acting and improv training from HB Studios, Theater of The Apes, The Wooster Group, Stephen DeRosa, Ayun Halliday, Greg Kotis, and Laurie Spigel.He attended William Paterson University where he got his B.M. in Jazz Performance. While there, Quintin discovered his true passion and love for music through the professional relationships that he built. As Quintin honed his musical artistry, he had the privilege of studying under renowned pianists Aaron Diehl, Geoffrey Keezer, Ben Paterson, and, more recently, Ted Rosenthal. However, it was under the guidance of his longtime mentor, GRAMMY© Award-winning pianist Bill Charlap, that he truly discovered his unique sound and un
