Conceived in the daydreams of adolescence, Deaf Andrews has blossomed from their roots, into a unique sonic flower of indie pop rock. It is the product of five best friends from Charlotte, NC making music that means something to them. Consisting of Nick Hayes (Vocals), Mike Sherrard (guitar), Ross Schumann (bass), Andrew Kingsley (guitar) and Braedon Nelson (drums). Deaf Andrews has continued to push their personal limits of creativity and emotional tuneness. Making it a priority to capture some of the magic energy that fuels their live shows, the sound is organic, direct, and channels the essence of true rock and roll while also exploring the experimental freedom of modern indie pop. The band has released two singles in 2023: “Phone Line” which harkens back to the youthful bliss experienced during the formative years of life; and “Just Not Right” which delves into the fickle nature of modern love. Catchy guitar layers and smooth tones are complemented with rousing lyrics that underscore feelings of love, recklessness, and comfort. Kicklighter is a 3 piece indie alt rock band from Woodbine, Georgia made up of brothers, Baxter, Hunter, and Asher Kicklighter. Since July of 2022, the band has released 4 singles, as well as their debut full length album, Isn’t This so Fun?, released July 28, 2023; recorded with and produced by Aaron Gillespie (Underoath, Paramore, The Almost) with accompanying artwork from friend and collaborator, Weston Ayers (Art of Atlas). Staples of the Birmingham Indie-Pop scene, juco packs a punch! Juco brings to life bedroom pop songs that everyone can relate to; driven by catchy melodies, retro guitar riffs, and danceable drum grooves. Their debut EP "We Were Young" dropped midsummer of 2019. Supported through regional shows, juco capitalized on their momentum by releasing the follow up singles "Dance With Me" in the Fall of 2019, and “Miranda” in the Summer of 2020. Their latest EP "Summer Isn't Over" released in November of 2021. This project packages all the emotions of 2020 in a self-reflective mixtape.
