Summer Overstreet: Summer Overstreet is a singer songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee. Summer grew up in and around country music. At the age of 12 she learned the guitar, and with that, discovered her passion for songwriting. Since the age of 14, when she wrote her first song, Summer has been developing her unique style and sound. Today, Working full time as a songwriter on music row, Summer has had songs on the TV show “Nashville” and has had songs recorded by several artists; such as Jake Owen, Avenue Beat, Priscilla Block, Rae Lynn, Graham Barham and more. She brings a fresh sound and perspective to the country music genre with striking lyrics and unique melodies; but you will also hear a touch of historic tradition in her songs as well as a few four letter words.
