The Church Street Cowboy Truck Show and Music Festival was established in memory of the late Colin Kristensen, who tragically passed away at the age of 17 while driving his beloved truck. Two of Colin’s greatest passions were trucks and music, making the creation of this event a natural way to honor him. The military also held a special place in his heart—Colin aspired to serve, and three of his close friends are now active duty Marines. In his honor, each year a significant portion of the festival’s proceeds is donated to deserving veterans’ organizations, ensuring that his legacy continues to support those he admired most.
