Their sound fuses deep-pocket soul, blues, and rock ’n’ roll, channeling icons such as Aerosmith, The Allman Brothers, Tedeschi Trucks and others. Rooted in tradition and sharpened by the road, Hippies And Cowboys cut their early recordings in legendary rooms including FAME Studios, Muscle Shoals Sound, and East Avalon—capturing the same spirit that shaped generations of American music. Their debut release, Live at Fox and Locke (2023), bottled the raw, no-holds-barred energy of their live show and quickly earned critical acclaim. The follow-up EP, Fork in the Road (2024), doubled down with a gritty, hard-hitting collection of songs that showcased their deep Southern roots, tight musicianship, and fearless songwriting.
