Jazz-fusion accordionist and composer Mark Lasis brings his quintet to Next Door Records for the first time! Mark is a young London-based accordionist whose music combines elements of jazz, funk and rock among other styles. His innovative sound, combining unique instrumentation and mature original compositions has garnered him recognition as one of the most promising emerging jazz artists in London. He has already performed at Off the Cuff, Camden Club, Temple of Art and Music and at the iconic Hootananny Brixton, as well as sold-out headline shows at The Bullingdon (Oxford), Vineyard Jazz Club Canary Wharf, Bloc Glasgow and O2 Academy Oxford. Featuring some of London’s best up-and-coming young jazz musicians, this is not a gig to miss.
