New Cross Live presents Divided By Design Divided by Design are an independent Trio from the United kingdom, intent on creating something unique and truly progressive. Liam Stephenson’s virtuosic guitar and otherworldly compositions blends seamlessly together with Tom Chambers and Sam Young’s brutal rhythm section. Inspired by the likes of Dream Theater, Animals as Leaders and Periphery, the duo are not shy to employ the ‘prog’ spirit of early Rush and Coheed and Cambria, and use this to make something they, and others, believe is truly ground breaking. In 2020 Divided by Design released their critical acclaimed debut album “Stages to Osiris” cited by Off the Hook as “undoubtedly one of the best metal albums” and Angry Wolf Music Reviews calling it “a complex progressive masterpiece”.
