They write music rooted on the AfroVenezuelan rhythms and melodic improvisation. In their unique setting (keyboards, drums, vibraphone) they strive for an array of different colors, sharing the bass parts, playing percussion and singing, connecting to the folkloric spirit of this music.GABRIEL CHAKARJI is a young pianist and composer who is deeply passionate and committed to the power of music. Originally from Caracas Venezuela, he grew up in a multicultural environment full of music that expands from afro-Venezuelan Folk, Caribbean, Brazilian music to Jazz and Gospel.
