Actors are a Canadian post-punk band from Vancouver, British Columbia, formed in 2012. The band consists of founder Jason Corbett, Shannon Hemmett, Kendall Wooding, and Adam Fink. Their debut album, It Will Come To You, was released in 2018, followed by their second album, Acts of Worship, in 2021. The seed for CONFINES started with the union between techno and industrial, fog-filled noir nights in NYC clubs and the desire to expand away from the worlds of metal, punk, and hardcore while still applying that aesthetic and ethic. CONFINES explores the dimly-lit corners of the dancefloor with fist-clenching beats, gut-rumbling bass kicks and haunting vocals that coalesce into its own unique flavor. Black Asteroid is Bryan Black. Black started his career in Mpls working for Prince, Depeche Mode and soundtracking Raf Simons and Rick Owens.
