Petite Noir w/ Acqua Mossa — live event

Petite Noir is the architect of Noirwave – a musical and cultural movement that draws creative energy from punk aesthetics and the fragmented identity of today’s African diaspora. The Congolese artist was born in Belgium, raised in South Africa, and is now based between London and Paris. His music melds indie, electronic, afrobeat, and alt-r&b influences. Previously championed by the likes of Solange, Dev Hynes, Foals, Young Fathers, Miguel, and a collaborator with Danny Brown, Yasiin Bey, Mr Hudson, and Saul Williams, Petite Noir now follows up his pioneering 2018 “visual album” La Maison Noir / The Black House with his second album proper, MotherFather. https://www.instagram.com/petitenoirkvlt Acqua Mossa is an ethereal electric pop ensemble from Burlington VT. Born from a mission of dissolving the separate worlds of music and dance, the group performs their live show as a cohesive spirit, blending synthscapes and soulful melodies with evocative movement. With frequent sit-ins and guest appearances, and a variety of dance styles including pole and contemporary movement, their live show is a truly unique and exciting experience not to be missed. https://www.instagram.com/acqua.mossa
