Grammy-winning trombonist Alex Asher's "SLOW Motion" quartet re-imagines the future of jazz. Featuring an international cast of musicians, the group mixes Latin rhythms with 60's spiritual jazz and a heavy dose of 80's R&B to create an aesthetic that sounds like a late-night jam session between Kamasi Washington, Tito Puente and Patrice Rushen.
