BARBÈS LIVE KARAOKE 6 to 9:30pm The first installment of our live karaoke party - hosted by pianist and singer Allyssa Lamb ( of Las Rubias del Norte) . The rules of engagement are as follow - Sign up in person that day and pick a song from a repertoire of over 100 songs that will be made available ahead of time. - Get a cocktail. - Sing - Repeat. Tunes will be mostly drawn from pop and rock tunes from 1955-1985 - (Harry Nilsson, Beatles, Carol King, Dione Warwick, Paul Simon, Leslie Gore, Peggy Lee, Leonard Cohen, Nina Simone, Billy Joel, Gloria Gaynor, Donovan, The Shirelles, Al Greene, Dolly Parton, , Johnny cash, Neil Diamond and way more). Live accompaniment will provided on piano by Allyssa Lamb. Some of the lyrics will be made available online beforehand. Or bring your Ipad..
