CARSICK / BIGHEAD — live event on Nov 25, 2026
Carsick live at Hot Box Live Events, Chelmsford on Wed, Nov 25, 7:00 PM. Tickets from $14.33. Lineup, start time and tickets on Ckord.
A band formed over pints in a small English pub in late 2021, **CARSICK** take influence from a range of different artists and genres—from indie rock to post-punk to hip-hop with electronic elements—but their tongue-in-cheek lyrical approach directly tackles the trials and tribulations of life as a young adult, and especially the drinking culture which dominates the band's demographic. Their energetic and unpredictable live shows match that theme: this is music about living for the weekend; about the desperate chaos of small-town nightlife and about forgetting what happened last night. "I'm obsessed with this." - **Gemma Bradley (BBC R1)** "What a great band...a memorable slice of life in the raw." - **Tom Robinson (BBC 6Music)** "Absolutely exploded my brain with their first tune…I love it." - **James Threlfall (BBC Intro)** "A rowdy affair...punk rock rap vocals delivered with venom" - **Louder Than War** "Unfiltered, undiluted and a catalyst for blurry-eyed bedlam" - **Noizze** "Not to be missed...full of angst and wit." - **GIGWISE**
