In a way, it started as an organic friendship between the two of us, Bren Eissman and Joey Spurgeon. Through the years, it has grown with us and turned into our souls pursuit for God and the intangible through music, songwriting, and world building. DWLLRS came from the term “to dwell” which Bren’s dad coined sarcastically because of our tendency to overthink everything. What once served as a detriment soon became the fuel for our journey of unlocking doors in our hearts we didn’t even know were there…
