Funkbox NYC celebrates 18 years with a special day into night session at Superior Ingredients in Brooklyn. Founded by Tony Touch and shaped by the legacy of Voodoo Ray, Funkbox has become a cornerstone of New York’s house music culture, built for dancers and driven by raw, soulful and deep house. For nearly two decades, it has remained a space where the music leads and the community follows. The anniversary lineup reflects that history. Moodymann joins as one of Detroit’s most respected voices, known for a deeply rooted sound shaped by soul, jazz and blues. Justice adds a rare appearance, expanding the scope of the night. Eli Escobar, a longtime NYC staple and owner of Williamsburg nightclub Gabriela, returns alongside Disciple, EJoe, and Tony Touch, with more artists to be announced. The event begins at 4PM on the rooftop, setting the tone with an open air session in the middle of summer. As the sun goes down, the party moves inside to The Room, continuing through until 4AM. From day to night, rooftop to dance floor, this is Funkbox at full scale.
