Mary Edwards Mary Edwards is a composer, songwriter and sound artist whose projects range from recordings and performances "evocative of epic film soundtracks combined with lyrical intimacy..." (Time Out NY), to cinematic audio and immersive environmental/architectural sound installations. Themes of temporality, impermanence and the natural world are interspersed throughout her work. Rashmi A Woodside, Queens based singer, songwriter, producer, actress, and screenwriter, Rashmi takes great pride in being a local artist in a global city. She is a proud member of the Astoria Music Collective, a group of mutually supportive artists that perform regularly and partner with local music venues to produce artistically reputed shows and ensure paid work for the artists. During the pandemic, the collective provided music in outdoor and socially distanced venues. Rashmi actively participated in and wrote songs for the social justice movements in the last few years, and one of her songs was featured on NY1.
