High Fade — live event on Aug 17, 2026
High Fade live at The Crescent, York on Mon, Aug 17, 7:30 PM. Tickets from $22.40. Lineup, start time and tickets on Ckord.
The raw energy, the phenomenal musicianship, the sheer joy and relentless groove from a trio with an almost telepathic connection, weaving in and out of intricate funk via Harry Valentino’s astonishing rhythm and solo work; deep, infectious bass lines from Oliver Sentance and blisteringly intense drums courtesy Heath Campbell. This Scottish trio - from busking in Edinburgh to sellout tours across the UK, USA and Europe - doesn’t just play funk… they LIVE it, taking the raw spirit of street performance and making it HUGE, no matter the venue, creating an atmosphere of sweat-drenched intensity, flashing grins at each other. They bloody love this! And there’s pure joy from the crowd, as well. The dance floor becoming a sea of movement, feeding off the band’s energy whether locked in to deep, pocketed grooves or exploding into high-intensity solos - spontaneous and utterly electric. Yup, High Fade are pure, unfiltered chaos in the best way possible — a raucous, dance-like-your-life-depends-on-it kind of energy. This intimate show will sell out super quick, so fingers on buzzers before you have to share a room with 10,000 others… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzadKICe67Y
