DOWNSTAIRS: Clothing Swap — live event
Come join us for a clothing swap on Monday night, April 7th, from 7PM! Bring up to 20 items, excluding non-clothing items (accessories, bags, etc) and take any items that other people have brought! Please bring items that you’re excited to find new closets for, things that you would have been excited to receive! Do not treat this as a drop off for large amounts of unwanted clothes. But do bring your Beacon’s rejects, your toxic ex’s jacket, something you’ve worn to death but just can’t style anymore…bring your stories! How it works: -Bag or box your items -Drop off items with our intake volunteers -Browse the donations (take as many as you’d like!) And stay for karaoke after! Leftover items will be donated; suggestions for organizations and mutual aid groups welcome! This is your sign to start spring cleaning…. For questions, contact @monicalikescorn.
