This event will take place in EartH Kitchen. | Last Entry 1am A collaboration between artists and neuroscientists, "Please Don’t Turn Me Off (PDTMO)” combines dance theatre, cognitive data visualisation, soundscape and club culture to create synchronicity, connectivity and mental well-being between and of participants. PDTMO considers the impact transhumanist principles and actions have on society in both subtle and overt ways. Showing how the erotic, both as a sexual drive and a philosophical concept, shapes the cultural spheres, the installation plays with the concept of arousal as both a sexual state and a physiological response with the potential for transcendence. The night begins with an immersive performance, a living installation, by Jao and Black Venus.
