Butler is an unmeasurable talent and thoughtful champion of this music and the lives of those who make it. Russell is a longtime fixture in the global DIY world with a vast catalog of music released over the last 10+ years that inhabit and expand countless corners of music that we all hold dearly. Take some time alone and throw on Call Me G. — her solo LP for Octo Octa and Eris Drew’s T4T LUV NRG label. Russell makes music that rewards attention and between that record and this year’s monumental self release (G) — she speaks clearly to all who are open to listening. From the contemplative catharsis of her album work to the slammin singles released under her DJ Autopay alias, Russell’s got classics on classics with releases on labels like Ghostly, Tresor, Fixed Rhythms, and Opal Tapes. With musical roots in Texas, Detroit, and Brooklyn and deep well of unpretentious musical knowledge, Colton's work as fleet.dreams is multi-faceted and confidant in ways only found through deep dancefloor dedication. He's released productions on labels like UTTU / Hot Haus, PPU, All City Records... Last few years though, he's started his own DIY vinyl imprint Vinezza Records and put out two massive sold out twelve inches Limbs of a Lion and Echoes of Ego which are well worth your time. You may have seen him around town either at his home club Mansions or at parties curated by Gyration Station, Paurro, or Ron Like Hell.
