Globe Hall Presents DWLLRS: One of Those Nights Tour with thebandfriday on Friday, August 14th. - KITCHEN OPENS AT 5PM! DWLLRS is an expression of our effort to put a voice to all the fears, hopes, dreams, and aspirations we had ruminating in our heads as boys. In a way, it started as an organic friendship between the two of us, Bren Eissman and Joey Spurgeon. Through the years, it has grown with us and turned into our souls pursuit for God and the intangible through music, songwriting, and world building. DWLLRS came from the term “to dwell” which Bren’s dad coined sarcastically because of our tendency to overthink everything. What once served as a detriment soon became the fuel for our journey of unlocking doors in our hearts we didn’t even know were there. We aimed to delve into the duality of the human experience orienting our hearts towards hope in a dark world — while not being afraid to stare into void that suffering sometimes leaves.
