Misty Miller “Songstress of the South,” Misty Miller is a musician from South London who first gained attention with her self-titled debut album in 2011 at just 16 years old. Shortly after, she signed with Sony and released her second album, The Whole Family Is Worried. However, the experience proved difficult, leaving her disillusioned with the music industry. In 2019, Misty returned to performing, resurrected and renewed, releasing music independently. Since then, she has shared a 12-track cassette, three EPs, and her first single since motherhood, Too Heavy. Though she has chosen a path away from the mainstream, Misty remains a respected figure within her local music community, known for her authenticity and unwavering dedication to her craft.
