Pehrspace hosts a rather loud Wednesday night built of noise rock, synth punk and art-damaged sound stuffs. ∆ Guck is a swirling, bubbling, grinding mass that grows larger and hungrier with each passing day. Comprised of current and former members of Gnarwhal, Pile, Designer, Prized Pig, Sprain, Argentinum Astrum, and many, many more, their music has been described as loud, deranged, jazz-damaged noise rock, and likened to licking a 9-volt battery. ∆ Ripoff Copy are sonic maximalists that combine unusual song structures, noise breaks, infectious tunes, and sections of eerie ambience. The project features personnel from a variety of noisy, off-kilter acts from the LA-underground (Prissy Whip, Litronix, Normans, Hex Horizontal, Perfect Band, et al).
