TICKETS: VIP Club Pre-sale: Fri April. 4th @ 10am - Public Sale: Sat April 5th @ 10am When you purchase your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email but your actual event tickets will not arrive until 3 days prior to the show. We are putting this policy in place to protect our customers from scalpers and 3rd party ticket resellers and well as making it easier to find your tickets when you arrive at the theater. If you order within 3 days of the show, your tickets will be sent immediately. If a show has to be cancelled, we will refund all ticket holders. If a show is rescheduled, no refunds will be given until the new date is set and then ticket holders will have 48 hours to request a refund if they can not make the new date. Show cancellations are the only reason tickets will be refunded.
