Leonieke Scheuble is proof that the future of jazz is now. Introduced to the Hammond A-100 organ by Joey DeFrancesco and gifted her own Hammond A-100 by Dr. Lonnie Smith, the 20-year-old Leonieke displayed a rare talent for jazz improvisation and blues long before turning 10, and recorded her first two albums before she was 15.She performs regularly at many of New York's top jazz venues, often with remarkable 97-year-old bassist extraordinaire Bill Crow.
