Eat Your Own Ears presents Bill Callahan at Roundhouse. Support will come from Nathan Bowles. One of the finest singer/songwriters to emerge from the indie rock scene of the late '80s, Bill Callahan uses the images of the American West in ruggedly thoughtful ways that speak to the present as well as the past. My Days of 58 is the eighth Bill Callahan album, his first since 2022. The twelve tunes here open uncanny depths of expression as Bill continues to blaze one of the most original songwriting-and-performance trails out there. With My Days of 58, he applies the living, breathing energies of his live shows to the studio process, sharpening his slice-of-life portraiture to cut deeper than ever before. This is an all-ages event (Under 16s accompanied by an adult, Under 14s accompanied and in seats).
