GRAMMY Award winner vibraphonist, composer, arranger and producer, Simon Moullier has distinguished himself as one of the leading voices of his generation. After studying classical percussion in France, he quickly became recognized for his entirely new approach and sound on the instrument. Moullier went on to complete an undergraduate degree from Berklee College of Music where he studied with trumpeter Darren Barrett, followed by a Master’s degree from the Thelonious Monk Institute where he was mentored by Quincy Jones, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, & Jimmy Heath among others.
