Karl and DaChonne Browne’s Band Presents a night of Smooth Jazz, Soul, Top 40 Hits & Original Live Performance, as they celebrate DaChonne’s Denim &Diamonds themed birthday bash. This extraordinary team have been together in music &marriage for almost 20 years. As musicians, individually they are exceptional in their craft. But together their a special and powerful force. Karl, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, a prodigy playing piano from the age of 2,under the instruction of his Father, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Jazz pianist, Alvan Browne. Karl was raised by a musical family (His mom Mary also a musician, a bassist.). Karl’s passion for music and his innate musical gifting has allowed him the ability to master and skillfully play all genres with excellence. Affording him the opportunity to work with icons, some of the greats, travel the world, become musical director for numerous bands and play with countless recording & independent artists. DaChonne Nicole, born in New York City, raised in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was heavily influenced by her family’s love of country, gospel, soul, pop, and classical music. DaChonne studied classical violin, voice and acting from age 5 and after her studies at Western Kentucky University and Kings College, she pursued her passion in the arts as a professional performing artist. DaChonne’s powerful, heart-stirring, angelic voice has taken her on a wonderful journey in the arts. From producing one-woman shows, songwriting, international tours, countless off-off-Broadway performances and jingles, to voice over artist and background vocalist for both recording and independent artists. She’s grateful for every opportunity given to live with passion & do what she loves. Karl & DaChonne released “Now You’re Gone” single in 2021 which was followed by the re-released of “I’m Strong” in 2022. Karl’s long awaited Smooth Jazz singles will be released in 2025 and can be found playing with his band “Smooth Improvisation ”throughout NYC. In addition, they are owners of an independent entertainment company, Artists Doing Business United Inc. A corporation that connects artists, using their network to create relationships, great music and job opportunities nationally and globally. Their band, "KD Browne”, performs all genres of music, entertaining all over the world, as well as educating school kids, advocating for the support of independent artists, and using music to promote unity, inclusivity & diversity in professional & corporate settings. Soulmates, best friends, artists, husband and wife. This couple is destined to be together, using music as ministry to affect & touch the culture and the hearts of many.
