EMI North & DIY showcase w/ Walt Disco, KOJ, Finn Forster & Lucky Iris

Walt Disco live at The Lexington, London on Wed, Jul 8, 7:30 PM. Free entry. Lineup, start time and tickets on Ckord.

For the first time ever, EMI North + DIY are combining forces to show off the finest emerging talent from the North, for one night only at The Lexington on Wednesday 8th July. There’ll be 4 sets across the night including; walt disco: The Glasgow 5-piece combine alt-rock with modular synths for a soaring, intense live show. They’ve toured the world, blowing away audiences at SXSW, The Great Escape + across Europe, they’re regularly bothering the 6Music airwaves + they have been heralded by DIY, Rolling Stone, The Gay Times, and many more. KOJ: The Punk Panther himself. In an age of political unrest and cultural fragmentation, Liverpool’s KOJ steps forward as a rare working-class figure and voice who refuses to look away. Operating between the worlds of grime, rap and punk, he uses this fusion of genres to speak plainly about social division and austerity. Finn Forster: With a voice forged in the cold winds + hardness of his North East home, Finn has had an incredible last 18 months, with appearances on nearly every BBC Introducing stage across the land, love from BBC Radio 1, and stadium support tours across the UK + EU with Stereophonics. Lucky Iris: The crunchy, angelic, party-starting hyperpop infused duo that is Lucky Iris have been racking up fans across the country. With love from DIY, Rolling Stone, Wonderland, NME (included in NME’s 100 for 2026 list), CLASH, 6Music + ending 2025 as one of Spotify UK’s Class of 2025.
