Fleur bleu·e, Laura Wolf, Jill Blutt

Fleur bleu·e is the Franco American duo formed by Delphine Lucy Lam and V Swann originally from Paris and based in Pennsylvania. Their name, intentionally spelled in gender-neutral form, comes from the French expression meaning deep sentimentalism and disconnection from reality through artistic inspiration. Their music is at the crossroads of 90s dream pop and contemporary indie rock, at times jangle, at times shoegaze. Jill Blutt is an artist, songwriter, producer, and overall really nice, cool and chill person. A lyric-forward blend of atmospheric dreampop elements with a healthy dose of electronic muck and mire, Jill's music is inspired by ontology, David Lynch films and 90s club culture. A self-proclaimed world builder, Jill fuses music with visual and technological mediums to paint a vivid picture of dreamlike landscapes and personal experiences. Oddy Knocky is the genre-blending solo project of Stephen Ibanez. Starting as a way to experiment with recording and manipulating sounds as a teenager, the project has shapeshifted over the past decade to adapt to changing tastes, production abilities, and new collaborators over the years. Largely abandoning many of the lofi elements of his early recordings, the urge to alter and distort sounds has been maintained. More recent recordings mesh together efficient pop songwriting with playful production and left-turn arrangements. The processed pop of his new record, On A Spit attempts to encapsulate a lot with a little.
