**Yoga x Listening Session: Air** There will be a limited number of yoga mats available to borrow, so we can't guarantee one will be available. If you have your own mat, please bring it with you. **Yoga classes planned around a different artist each session. Playlists will be carefully curated to create a thoughtful experience, blending music with movement. Taking place in the Rough Trade Liverpool venue entry through the shop entrance.** Tasha’s teaching style is creative and rooted in providing a safe space for her students to connect with how they’re feeling, both physically and mentally. Her flows are designed to encourage exploration - whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. With options and modifications offered throughout, you can show up, flow at your own pace, and leave any negativity on the mat
