The Postcards’ from Scotland. Scotland’s top 80s Indie, Alternative & Post-Punk Tribute Band. A unique set of your favourite classic songs from the coolest alternative 80s bands. Orange Juice, The Cure, Simple Minds, Aztec Camera, Echo & the Bunnymen, REM, The Smiths, Joy Division and many more. Acclaimed, masterful vocals, trademark jangly guitars and an all-out rhythm section will have you singing along and dancing to ‘the songs that saved your life’! The world is full of people who remember when music was a way of life, not just a commodity, and love to hear the ‘songs that saved their lives’ back in the day. The Postcards days are the era of the great indie records that inspired such passion in them and you. They don’t play the boring classic rock anthems or modern synthetic pop standards.
